摘 要:With the continuous increase of municipal sewage volume, the construction and efficient operation of sewage treatment plant, as an important method to deal with water pollution problems, has been paid attention to and studied by relevant people. At the present stage, the wastewater treatment processes generally high in municipal wastewater treatment plants include A / O process, activated sludge process, A2 / O process and activated sludge batch sorting (SBR) process. However, these processes in some sewage treatment plants are too heavy to fully ensure that the sludge effluent can always reach the standard permanently. Therefore, taking the sludge dewatering in the urban sewage treatment plant as an example, through the analysis of the preparation process of the flocculant of sludge, it is proved that the composite flocculant prepared with organic polymer can stabilize the sludge water content below 80% for a long time under the state of centrifugal dewatering. Practice shows that the preparation process of compound flocculant is relatively simple and safe. At the same time, it also has an effective boundary and solves the problem of total reagent waste and secondary pollution in the existing technologies. The design of municipal sewage treatment process is elaborated to support the development of composite flocculant.
