摘　　要：Since the 21st century, the public demand for energy shows explosive growth, and even China's various regions are facing the situation of energy shortage. In this case, oil has become a lot of energy consumption of the most extensive energy.?Therefore, for China's economic development, oil has become an important force to promote China's rapid economic and social growth, which is related to the key factors of China's economic and social development, so it requires the oil industry staff to attach great importance to the exploration of oil.?However, the type of petroleum geology is of great significance to petroleum exploration, which determines the types and reserves of oil in different regions and influences the selection of exploration technology in the later stage of petroleum industry.?Therefore, based on the actual exploration of petroleum, the paper discusses the development trend and geological types of exploration geology of petroleum industry in the future, and analyzes the types of petroleum geology, so as to promote the stable development of petroleum industry to the maximum extent.
