摘 要:Today, human demand for food safety is becoming higher and higher. In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the development of the times, great opportunities have been brought to the innovation and reform of China's medical and health industry. Among them, food and drug safety has always affected people's heart, attracted people's attention and attracted the great attention of the whole society. In the process of drug supervision and management, comprehensive quality control must be carried out to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of testing and the reliability of final results. The monitoring work related to food and drug safety will also be paid more and more attention. As one of the eight technical fields of China's high-tech industry, food and drug safety analysis related technologies are being actively innovated and developed. Due to the progress of computer technology, a large number of modern tools and equipment also began to appear in the task of food and drug safety inspection. How to reasonably apply these modern tools and technologies to practical work has become a difficulty encountered by China's food and drug safety inspection industry. From this perspective, this paper will focus on the application of various instrumental analysis technologies in drug detection, in order to better understand the application effect of tools in drug detection.
