摘  要:Senior economist, also known as "senior manager", refers to experts, scholars and managers engaged in corporate business strategy management. With the development and change of the times and the trend of fierce market competition, the quality of talents is gradually improving in order to meet the needs of the society. At the same time, talents play an important and irreplaceable role in a country. Therefore, human resources management should be highly valued, and corresponding research work should be carried out to better promote the construction of senior economist team, and to provide strong support for China's future high-end industries to create greater wealth value and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
