摘　　要：As an important part of the urban infrastructure construction system, municipal engineering projects are the basic guarantee to promote the development of urban construction and the important carrier to serve the urban economic construction, shape the overall image of the city and improve the quality of life in the city. The construction management personnel should carry out in-depth analysis on the risks in the construction stage of the project and put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures to ensure the normal progress of municipal road construction.
