摘　　要：With the continuous improvement of the social and economic system, China's construction projects have also made higher requirements. In the process of carrying out specific work, relevant units must control the project cost and manage the contract well, so as to ensure the construction effect of the project. Contract management is very important in every project, which can guarantee the progress of the project construction and whether the project can be successfully completed. If there are problems in the construction process, we have to solve them according to the construction contract, which is also a guarantee for the project, but there are many difficulties in the management of the construction contract. According to the above, this paper discusses and analyzes the difficulties and improvement strategies of municipal engineering construction contract management for reference.
