摘　　要：With the increasing demand for power supply faced by power enterprises, the workload of terminating contracts has also increased significantly. However, due to China's energy companies' long-term ignorance of the settlement management of major contracts, the unpaid prices of energy companies have not decreased, but have been increasing year by year. This has greatly increased the risks of operation and litigation of the Company, seriously affected the Company's reputation and restricted the development of the Company. It is particularly important to improve the management level of settlement of major contracts in energy enterprises. Analyze the main problems, promote the management of major contracts in energy enterprises to be more transparent, timely, standardized, efficient and safe, ensure the normal development of material procurement, improve the disposal level of major contracts in energy enterprises, and provide management solutions to further promote the overall development of the Company.
