摘　　要：Land survey and demarcation is an important link in project land use approval. In order to improve the management level of land resources and ensure scientific and standardized land use approval for construction projects, the process and method of land survey and demarcation based on 3S technology are proposed to solve the problems of single technical means, large field work and long operation period. Through the application of remote sensing images to verify the status quo of land types, the use of network RTK for rapid measurement, the use of GIS for area measurement and survey delimitation map drawing and other 3S technology methods, the work cycle of land survey delimitation is shortened, and the scientific and accurate results of land survey delimitation are improved.
