摘　　要：Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper finally determines to use the combination of mineral water retaining material diatomite filter aid and polymer super absorbent resin to develop water retaining cement slurry. Silica fume is an essential material to improve the slurry strength, prevent segregation and bleeding. Cement hydration provides the main strength. In order to improve the water retaining property, fine sand is not added to the slurry.At the same time, the main tests to be carried out in the research process are introduced, the control indexes of water retaining cement mortar and water retaining cement concrete are determined, and the cooling test device is improved.
