摘 要:Total phosphorus is an important index for surface water evaluation. Surface water presents certain turbidity and chromaticity due to its silt, plankton, inorganic substances and organic substances. At present, the determination of total phosphorus in the laboratory is mostly by spectrophotometry. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the influence of chromaticity and turbidity on the determination of total phosphorus in the laboratory. In this paper, different concentrations of total phosphorus solution are selected to analyze the influence of chromaticity and turbidity on total phosphorus respectively. The experimental results show that when the turbidity of water sample is less than 200NTU, it has little influence on the determination result of total phosphorus, with the relative deviation within 5% and less than the allowable relative deviation of 10%. When the chromaticity of the water sample is less than 50 degrees, the influence on the determination result of total phosphorus is small, and the relative deviations are all within 10%.
