摘　　要：At present, various local government departments are actively building water conservancy projects and flood control projects under the strong advocacy of the central government departments. The ultimate goal is to ensure a stable supply-demand relationship of water resources and reduce the probability of flood disasters. Embankment construction is particularly critical in flood control projects. Relevant management personnel are required to pay attention to the study of embankment operation management measures, reduce the probability of embankment problems and ensure the embankment can play its due role.
