摘　　要：The petrochemical industry is one of the most important pillar industries in today's society. Its good development plays an important role in the development of social economy. During the process of petrochemical static equipment design, installation and maintenance are implemented throughout the life cycle, which can reduce the impact on petrochemical industry during stress corrosion. In addition, due attention should be paid to the occurrence of stress corrosion cracking in petrochemical industry, and then analysis should be made from the design, manufacturing and installation aspects, so as to achieve the best condition during construction and correspondingly reduce the damage degree caused by stress corrosion.
