摘　　要：With the development and progress in recent years, the construction industry is developing rapidly. However, with the coming of the aging population, the construction industry is required to study the changes of urban residential units according to the characteristics of the current population, and find ways to combine with the actual situation, so as to meet the actual needs of the current social development. By analyzing the changes of the current aging living patterns, Taking the life characteristics and behavior activities of the elderly as the main basis in the design, we should practically improve the rationality of residential units, increase more activity space, and improve the supporting facilities of the community, so that it can meet the requirements of the current elderly population for the actual residential units, and design units that are more suitable for the elderly. This paper studies and analyzes the changing trend of residential units in cities with aging population, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
