摘 要:Objective: to analyze the application value of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods: a total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected. All patients were diagnosed by CT and MRI, and they were divided into CT group and CT and MRI combined group. The detection rate of cerebral infarction in different parts, detection rate of cerebral infarction at different onset times, examination time, number and area of cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results: the detection rate of different parts of cerebral infarction in CT and MRI combined group was higher than that in CT diagnosis, among which the brain stem and total detection rate were compared between groups (P<0.05), but other parts were compared between groups (P > 0.05). The detection rate of cerebral infarction at different onset time in CT and MRI combined group was higher than that in CT diagnosis, among which, the detection rate of cerebral infarction within 24h and between 24h and 72h was compared (P<0.05), but the detection rate of cerebral infarction over 72h was compared between groups (P > 0.05). Although the examination time of CT and MRI combined group is longer than that of CT group, the number and area of infarct focus detected by CT combined group are higher than that of CT group (P<0.05). Conclusion: CT combined with MRI is of great value in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
