Analysis of the Effect of ICU Specialist Nurse Training on Improving the Core Competence of Nurses

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of core skills training for ICU nurses on improving the core skills of PICU nurses. Methods: Twenty-one medical staff working in the PICU were selected to develop their core skills according to the "Core Capacity Building Guidelines for Professional Nurses" issued by the Ministry of Health of Guangdong Province. Before and after training, the training management team evaluated four aspects: professional theory, airway management, decubitus care, sputum suction technology and hand hygiene, each item scored 100 and 500, and compared with the hand hygiene quality of nursing work. Data were analyzed using SPSS20.0. Results: The total skill assessment score of PICU nurses was 477.90 (P <0.05), and the hand hygiene quality was 95.24%, 414.81 (77.76) and hand hygiene (66.67%), respectively. The total score of the nursing ability assessment was significantly improved than before the training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The basic knowledge training of professional nurses in the ICU can effectively improve the core skills of nurses, ensure the quality of nursing, and achieve a win-win situation between nurses and patients.
