摘　　要：Sleeping snoring is a common disease in modern children with a high incidence. Western medicine calls it adenoid hypertrophy. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on surgery, but there are many drawbacks, and the specific surgical indications have not yet reached a conclusion, and parents are often reluctant accept. There are many discussions on adenoid hypertrophy, but there is no conclusion on the diagnosis and treatment, etiology and pathogenesis, whether in traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine. I will sort out relevant literature and systematically sort out adenoid hypertrophy disease with traditional Chinese and western medicine, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. After consulting a large number of literatures, the most common syndrome types are phlegm-stasis and lung-spleen-qi deficiency.
