Clinical Experience of Arthroscopic Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament of Knee Joint

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical value of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: forty patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were divided into study group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The grouping method was random number table. All groups were treated with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. There were differences in the specific operation during the operation. The patients in the study group kept the tibial anterior cruciate ligament stump while the patients in the control group did not keep the tibial anterior cruciate ligament stump. The results of Lachman test and front drawer test at 1 week after operation, knee joint function at 6 months after operation, perioperative period and complication rate at 6 months after operation were statistically compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference between Lachman test and front drawer test at 1 week after operation (p > 0.05). The knee joint activity of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after operation, and the IKDC scale and Lysholm score were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups during perioperative period and 6 months after operation (p > 0.05). Conclusion: whether the tibial anterior cruciate ligament stump is retained during arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has no significant effect on the results of Lachman test and anterior drawer test in the early postoperative period, and the treatment safety is relatively high. However, retaining the stump can promote the long-term recovery of knee joint function and improve the prognosis.
