Nursing Experience of Intravenous Indwelling Needle Used in Outpatient Pediatric Infusion

摘　　要：Objective: Analysis of the effect of using intravenous indwelling needle combined with high quality nursing care to ensure the safety of children in outpatient infusion of pediatric patients. Methods: A total of 100 pediatric patients who needed to be treated with intravenous catheter infusion in our pediatric outpatient department were included in the sample collection, which were all included in 2021.1–2021.12. After the samples were included in the group, they were divided into standardized groups. The effects were compared using different kinds of care, namely, the control group (routine care) and the observation group (high-quality care). Differences between groups in safety and compliance were counted. Results The success rate of one-time puncture among evaluation groups was higher than that in the observation group (P 0.05 (χ 2 5.9829, P0.0144). When the occurrence of unsafe events between groups was evaluated, the evaluation value of the observation group was lower (P 0.05 (χ 2 4.8913, P0.0270). Children in the observation group had better clinical compliance and cooperation degree, P 0.05 (χ 2 7.1618, P0.0074). Conclusion: In the outpatient nursing work of children needing intravenous indwelling needle infusion, the effect of high-quality nursing care for children was better.
