摘  要:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of high-frequency ventilator combined with hemostatic drugs in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods: 37 neonates with pulmonary hemorrhage were divided into control group (18 cases) and research group (19 cases) according to their different treatment methods. Subsequently, the clinical value of the two treatments was compared and analyzed. Results: compared with the clinical treatment indexes of children between groups, the improvement of each index of study group (stopping time of pulmonary hemorrhage, treatment time of ventilator, hospitalization time and oxygen therapy time) was better than that of control group (P, 0,05). The blood gas index of the study group was better than that of the control group (p. There was no difference in OI value between the two groups before treatment, but the study OI value was lower than the reference group value after treatment (P-0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.26% in the study group and 33.33% in the control group. The possibility of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P, 0.05). Compared with the coagulation function of the two groups, each index (apptt, Pt, TT) of the study group was lower than that of the control group (p-0.05). The levels of FDP and D-D in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P-0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.73%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P.0.05). Conclusion: high frequency ventilation combined with hemostatic drugs in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage can significantly improve the blood gas index and coagulation function of children, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the clinical efficacy of children. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application and support.
