摘　　要：There are many complicated factors in the construction of geotechnical engineering, which are easily influenced by many factors, so the geotechnical engineering construction cant be carried out smoothly, and the safety and stability of geotechnical engineering construction cant be guaranteed. Therefore, the methods in the implementation of geotechnical investigation technology should be strengthened and improved, so as to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of geotechnical engineering construction. In addition, there are many limitations and shortcomings in the application of traditional survey technology in geotechnical engineering construction. If the application mode of traditional survey technology in geotechnical engineering construction is not updated, the survey results will be affected and the construction value of geotechnical engineering will be reduced. Therefore, the technicians in the project should pay attention to the technical update, and incorporate more information technology in the process of technical update, so as to speed up the pace of updating the survey technology and enhance the effectiveness of the survey technology in the application process.
