摘　　要：When drawing lessons from previous similar projects, attention should be paid to the updating of the specifications and the applicability of the projects. The structural design of mine derricks mainly refers to the two versions of the "Code for Design of Mine Derricks" in 2006, which has been abolished, and the current "Design Standard for Mine Derricks" in 2018. This paper compares the two codes and summarizes the differences between the current code and the abolished code. Some personal understanding and design suggestions are put forward for the important provisions of the current code. Combined with a project, some matters needing attention are put forward for reference in similar derrick design.
