Analysis on Reliability and Anti-leakage Measures of Boiler Superheater and Reheater in Thermal Power Plant

摘　　要：The safe operation of boiler superheater and reheater in thermal power plant is directly related to the stability, safety and economic operation of the generator set. If the boiler of the thermal power plant leaks, it can only be forced to stop and repair, which seriously hinders the industrial production of the thermal power plant. Based on the operation environment of domestic 600MW air-cooled power generating units from 2020 to 2021, taking the superheaters and reheaters made of T91 and TP347 as examples, this paper first summarizes the disadvantages of the reliability and leakage prevention work of the superheaters and reheaters, and finally analyzes the effective measures of reliability and leakage prevention in depth for reference by relevant scholars.
