摘　　要：In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, the construction project has made unprecedented breakthrough and progress. With the application of new technology and equipment, the efficiency and quality of construction projects have been significantly improved. Among them, the waterproof part of the building construction often has a direct impact on the overall stability and quality of the building, so it has always been a widely concerned construction content. Therefore, starting from the main causes of leakage in construction engineering, some key technical problems existing in construction engineering are discussed in depth. Include underground waterproof system, concrete proportion, concrete quality, underground waterproof detail structure and coiled material waterproof layer technology, and later maintenance management, hoping to further improve the waterproof construction level of housing construction projects in China.
