摘　　要：At present, there are more and more high-rise buildings in cities, and the demand for elevators is also increasing. Elevator, as a special equipment closely related to peoples daily life, is bound to have potential dangers in the process of operation. Once it breaks down, it will lead to safety accidents such as squeezing, collision and falling of users. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of risk management of elevator maintenance project, then discusses the potential accident risks of elevator equipment, and finally studies the preventive measures to solve the elevator safety risks for reference.
