摘  要:Aiming at the problems of low mechanization degree, high labor intensity and slow construction progress in traditional drilling and blasting construction, this paper takes Yongxing No.1 Tunnel as the engineering background, analyzes its construction organization scheme, mechanized tooling operation matching method and standardized management of process construction, and puts forward a set of tooling matching technology and standardized control scheme for drilling and blasting tunnel construction. The practice results show that, compared with the conventional drilling blasting method, the rapid construction with tooling can significantly improve the project progress, save the production cost and reduce the construction risk. Implementing standardized control of working procedures can significantly reduce the time required for each working procedure;With the combination of tooling design and process standardization control, the construction period of Class III surrounding rock section of Yongxing No.1 Tunnel is 58.5h shorter than that of the traditional construction method, which has achieved good social and economic benefits and realized the rapid and safe construction of Yongxing No.1 Tunnel.
