Effect Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Nursing Intervention in Aphasia After Brain Injury

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention on aphasia after brain injury. Methods: 100 patients with aphasia due to brain injury admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (hyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing) with 50 patients in each group. Results: compared with the control group, the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher (94%), and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was lower (8%) (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the CRRCAE score, quality of life and resilience score of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention in aphasia after cerebral trauma is very significant.
