Study on Anxiety and Depression and Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Laparoscopic Appendicitis Surgery

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the anxiety and depression status and psychological nursing intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery. Methods: the subjects of this study were patients who were admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic appendicitis surgery. The admission time was from January 2021 to January 2022. A total of 170 patients were admitted to the hospital. They were grouped by coin toss and divided into the control group (conventional nursing, n 85) and the experimental group (psychological care + routine care, n85). The anxiety and depression status, postoperative gastrointestinal function and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: after 1 week of intervention, the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the time for bowel sounds to return to normal;the time for anal voluntary defecation and anal voluntary exhaust time were shorter than those in the control group, and the treatment compliance rate was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery can promote the improvement of anxiety and depression in patients, and it can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
