摘　　要：In petrochemical engineering projects, due to the characteristics of large construction scale, long project cycle, large capital investment, the public procurement work cycle is short. In order to promote the normal operation of the project, we need to pay attention to the procurement link, run the procurement throughout the project, strengthen the quality control of materials and equipment, make it meet the unified national standards, and meet the actual requirements of the project. On this basis, we also need to control the cost of the project. Combined with the winning characteristics of petrochemical engineering projects, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of winning the bid of petrochemical engineering projects, and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the contract management of petrochemical engineering projects.
