Evaluation of Clinical Advantages of Open-Loop Minimally Invasive Hemorrhoidectomy and Anastomosis in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

摘　　要：Objective: for patients undergoing surgical treatment for hemorrhoids, different surgical methods are adopted, including ring-open minimally invasive upper mucosal resection and anastomosis treatment. Methods: the study period was from October 2019 to October 2021. The researchers were 112 patients in anorectal surgery of our hospital;The study group (56 cases, TST operation method) included in the above time (56 cases, MMH operation method);Comparison: (1) The pain evaluation time was 6h, 24h and 48h after operation, and the pain degree of the two groups was evaluated and compared;(2) The changes of anal maximum systolic pressure and resting pressure before and 1 month after operation were measured and compared between the two groups;(3) The incidence of perioperative complications was statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups;(4) The time of operation and hospitalization were counted and compared between the two groups. (5) The therapeutic effects of the two groups were followed up. Results: (1) In terms of pain score at 24h and 48h after operation, the researchers score was much lower than that of the control group (p<0.05);(2) One month after operation, the researchers maximum anal systolic pressure and anal resting pressure were much lower than those of the control group (p<0.05);(3) The incidence of perioperative complications in the study group was much lower than that in the control group (p<0.05). (4) The operation time and hospitalization time were compared in detail. The results showed that the study group was lower than the control group (p<0.05);(5) There was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: for children with hemorrhoids who receive surgical treatment, different surgical schemes should be applied respectively. Among them, the treatment effect of open-loop minimally invasive hemorrhoidectomy and anastomosis is basically the same as that of MMH.
