Clinical Experience of Carrying out Nursing Management of Behavior Phased Transformation for Patients with Gallstone during Perioperative Period

摘　　要：Objective: to study and analyze the clinical value of phased behavior transformation nursing management for patients with gallstone during perioperative period. Methods: 60 patients with gallstone admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were divided into study group and control group by double-blind random method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the study group carried out behavior phased change nursing management. The perioperative treatment, psychological status, complications and postoperative comfort of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: the average intraoperative temperature of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the average intraoperative heart rate was lower than that in the control group, the postoperative recovery time and the postoperative treatment days were shorter than those in the control group, the HAMA and HAMD scores after nursing were lower than those in the control group, the perioperative treatment-related complication rate was lower than that in the control group, and the BCS scores at 6h, 12h and 36h after surgery were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: carrying out phased behavior change nursing management for patients with gallstone during perioperative period is helpful to stabilize vital signs during operation, promote early postoperative rehabilitation, improve patients psychological status and early postoperative comfort, and reduce the risk of complications.
