Application of Etomidate Combined with Different Doses of Analgesics in Anesthesia Induction of Senile Craniocerebral Surgery

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the practical effects of different doses of etomidate compound analgesics in anesthesia induction of elderly craniocerebral surgery, for reference. Methods: from June 2018 to December 2019, 78 elderly patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery in our hospital were randomly selected to carry out this study, and were equally divided into groups according to the order of admission time. Among them, the etomidate dose used by group A patients was 0.2 mg/kg, the dose used by group B was twice that of group A, and the dose of compound painkillers was the same, both 0.5 micrograms/kg. Finally, the hemodynamic changes of patients in groups A and B at different times were compared and analyzed. Results: the incidence rates of adverse reactions in Group A and Group B were 12.82% and 15.38% respectively, and the difference was very small, so it was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: during the induction of anesthesia for craniocerebral operation in the elderly, the haemodynamic stability obtained by using 0.4 mg/kg etomidate compound painkiller is obviously lower than 0.2 mg/kg, and the study has reference value.
