Effect of Obstetric Nursing Intervention on Maternal Premature Rupture of Membranes

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of obstetric nursing intervention on parturients with premature rupture of membranes. Methods: 100 cases of premature rupture of membranes received in our hospital during the period of 2020/8-2021/8 were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups by combining the random method, namely, the observation group (comprehensive care, n50 cases) and the control group (routine care, n50 cases), to compare the changes of indexes such as hemorrhage, infection and delivery outcome of the two groups of parturients, and to statistically compare the adverse outcomes of the two groups of fetuses. Results: according to the indicators of natural delivery rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and infection rate, the observation group was found to be 82.00%, 12.00% and 4.00% respectively;The control group was 48.00%, 34.00% and 18.00%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant and there was a statistical advantage (P > 0.05). In addition, the observation group and the control group were 8.00% and 22.00% respectively for the adverse outcome rate of parturition fetus. The difference between the two groups was significant and there was a statistical advantage (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention for the puerpera with premature rupture of membranes can play a positive role in strengthening the management of the puerperas psychological quality, clinical knowledge education, diet guidance, posture management, prevention of complications, improving the puerperas pregnancy outcome, and ensuring the safety of the puerpera and fetus.
