摘 要:Objective: to explore the effect of mild hypothermia therapy on patients with chronic coma after intracranial trauma and its influence on the efficacy. Methods: 60 patients with post-traumatic persistent coma treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were studied. 30 patients were randomly selected as the control group by clinical observation. 30 patients in the control group were given routine treatment. On the basis of the scheme of the control group, the observation group was treated with early mild hypothermia combined with hibernation mixture and ice blanket to monitor the changes of patients vital signs and reduce patients intracranial pressure, Prevent infection and acute peptic ulcer, closely observe the change trend of the patients condition, and give regular cooling methods such as alcohol bath and ice bag disposal to patients with high fever. Results: compared with the control group, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the curative effect was better. Conclusion: for patients with persistent coma after brain injury, mild hypothermia treatment and nursing intervention within 24 hours after injury can timely reduce patients brain edema, protect patients brain cells, promote the rehabilitation of patients limb and language functions, inhibit the incidence of complications, and is of great significance for patients physical rehabilitation.
