Clinical Nursing Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Patients with Acute Bacillary Dysentery

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of acute bacillary dysentery. Methods: 76 patients with acute bacillary dysentery were selected and divided into two groups, the control group (38 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (38 cases, evidence-based nursing). The implementation effects were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea and fever in the observation group was shorter (p 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower scores of adverse emotions (p 0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher (p 0.05). Compared with the control group, CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower (p 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of acute bacillary dysentery, the implementation effect of evidence-based nursing is significant and worthy of promotion.
