摘　　要：APQP was born in the product research and development of the automotive field, and was first jointly compiled by the three major automobile companies in the United States, and was widely used in the product research and development of the automotive field, and played a great value role. This paper mainly analyzes the main application points of the method in the product development, and expounds the practical application of the shock absorber development.
