摘　　要：The Yellow River water conservancy project is an important cornerstone to realize the management and development of the Yellow River water resources. Under the background of information age, promoting the informatization construction of project management is beneficial to the prosperity and stable development of social economy. Based on the authors own working experience, the author puts forward personal opinions and suggestions on the application of information technology and the management of the Yellow River water conservancy project. Taking the important value of the transformation of information technology in the management of the Yellow River water conservancy project as the keynote, the author focuses on the analysis of the modern technology involved in the information management of the Yellow River water conservancy project, puts forward the problems existing in the information construction of the management of the Yellow River water conservancy project, and lists relevant measures, in order to provide valuable reference for practitioners in relevant fields.
