摘　　要：This paper studies the design and construction of concrete post-pouring belt in civil engineering and housing construction engineering. Analyze the main functions of post-pouring belt, including solving the settlement difference and reducing the temperature shrinkage;list the design points of concrete post-cast belt, including following "resistance and release", explaining the reservation and setting of post-pouring belt, controlling the spacing of post-pouring belt, including strictly check the technical preparation, check the surrounding area, etc. It is expected that this paper can bring some reference role to the relevant workers.
