Application effect of Clinical Nursing Path in Patients with Hysteromyoma

摘　　要：Objective: to apply routine nursing and clinical nursing path to the nursing of patients with hysteromyoma, evaluate the uncertainty of disease, medical compliance, negative emotions, self-care ability, and compare the quality of life. Methods: 102 cases of hysteromyoma were collected from May 2020 to June 2021. 51 cases received routine nursing for 1 week and were classified into the general group;51 cases were assigned to the clinical nursing pathway group after implementing the clinical nursing pathway for 1 week. Evaluate the effect. Results: compared with the score of disease uncertainty (MUIS) in the clinical nursing pathway group and the general group after one week of nursing, the score of MUIS in the clinical nursing pathway group was lower (P < 0.05);Compared with the anxiety (HAMA) score of the clinical nursing pathway group and the general group after one week of nursing, the HAMA score of the clinical nursing pathway group was lower (P < 0.05);Compared with the depression (HAMD) score of the clinical nursing pathway group and the general group after one week of nursing, the HAMD score of the clinical nursing pathway group was lower (P < 0.05);Compared with the Frankl treatment compliance scale of the clinical nursing pathway group and the general group after one week of nursing, the Frankl score of the clinical nursing pathway group was higher (P < 0.05);After one week of nursing, the score of ESCA in clinical nursing pathway group was higher than that in general group (P < 0.05);After one week of nursing, the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the clinical nursing pathway group were higher than those in the general group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: applying the clinical nursing pathway scheme to patients with hysteromyoma can play a greater nursing value in terms of disease uncertainty, medical compliance, negative emotions, self-care ability, and improvement of quality of life.
