摘　　要：Objective: to explore the application effect of Doula accompanying delivery in primipara delivery nursing. Methods: 80 primiparas who gave birth for the first time were selected and divided into groups, and routine nursing and doula accompanying nursing were applied respectively, and the nursing effects were compared. Results: the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: because primiparas who give birth for the first time will have bad feelings in their hearts, during clinical nursing, we can improve the delivery quality of primiparas. In the process of clinical accompanying delivery, we can adopt doula to accompany delivery, improve the cognition of primiparas and their families about delivery, improve their inner psychological state, shorten the delivery process of primiparas, and reduce the badness of primiparas in clinical delivery.
