Study on Improving Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Bean Nursing on Headache and Dizziness Symptoms of Vertigo Patients

摘　　要：Objective: to explore and analyze the application effect and value of auricular point pressing bean nursing method in improving headache and dizziness symptoms for vertigo patients. Methods: seventy-six patients with vertigo were selected as the research and analysis objects, all of them were from our hospital, and the retrospective receiving time was from January 2021 to January 2021. The grouping method adopted the digital random table method, and the patients with vertigo were evenly and randomly assigned. 38 patients were divided into the control group, and the other 38 patients were divided into the experimental group. During the whole nursing process, the control group took routine nursing intervention, while the control group took auricular point pressing bean nursing intervention. After nursing, the indexes of vertigo patients in the two groups were compared, including vertigo score (Dizziness, vomiting, fatigue, night sweats, tinnitus), improvement effect of dizziness and headache and quality of life. Results: after nursing, compared with the control group, the vertigo score of the experimental group was lower, and the overall improvement efficiency of dizziness and headache was higher, and the quality of life score was higher. There are statistical differences in all the above observation indexes between the two groups of vertigo patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with vertigo, dizziness and headache, pressing beans at auricular points can improve dizziness and headache symptoms, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of other adverse symptoms, which is worthy of in-depth research and promotion in nursing work.
