摘 要:Objective: to analyze the synergistic mechanism of combined action of antibacterial drugs and the curative effect and safety benefit of treating senile pneumonia. Methods: 120 cases of senile pneumonia were randomly divided into group A and group A+CSSS with 60 cases in each group. The two groups were given the same routine treatment according to the treatment guidelines and norms of senile pneumonia, and on this basis, different antimicrobial regimens were applied, that is, group A was treated with azithromycin, and group A+CSSS was treated with azithromycin+cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium (CSSS). The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated from the effective rate of clinical treatment and the improvement effect of inflammatory reaction, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas before and after treatment. Meanwhile, the safety benefit of clinical treatment scheme was evaluated through statistics of adverse drug reactions. Results: the effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.33% in group A+CSSS, which was higher than 80% in group A (P < 0.05). After treatment, the indexes of inflammatory response, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), but the decrease of serum CRP, IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and PaCO2 in the A+CSSS group (P < 0.05) was higher than that in the group A (P < 0.05), 6MWD, FVC and FVC. In terms of medication safety, 8.33% of patients in group A+CSSS had adverse reaction symptoms, compared with 6.67% in group A, P > 0.05. Conclusion: CSSS has a good antibacterial effect. Combined with conventional azithromycin therapy, CSSS can effectively improve the antibacterial effect, better resist the inflammatory reaction of the body, and thus promote the improvement of patients lung function and arterial blood gas, thus achieving better curative effect on the whole. Moreover, under the treatment of combined drug regimen, the adverse reactions of patients are few and the safety is good.
