Rational Analysis of Sodium Phosphate Creatine Used in Pediatric Inpatients

摘　　要：Objective: this article mainly analyzes the rationality of creatine phosphate sodium in pediatric inpatients. Methods: 73 cases of patients who applied creatine phosphate sodium during hospitalization in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and analyzed. Analysis of the use of creatine phosphate sodium in different pediatric inpatients, collection of its medication, measurement of its creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) content, the impact on liver and kidney function and other conditions, with this statistical data to study the rationality of the use of creatine phosphate sodium. Results: most of the children were younger than 6 years old, which was significantly higher than other age groups. The most children were treated with creatine phosphate sodium at a dose of 1g, and their body mass ranged from (9.50-48.00)kg. The treatment lasted for 2-15d. The most children were treated with combination of three drugs, and the next was children with combination of less than three drugs. Before treatment, the level of CK-MB was higher than that of serum CK-MB after treatment, with significant difference before and after treatment (P < 0.05). The effect on liver and kidney function cannot be judged and needs further study. Conclusion: the use of creatine phosphate in our hospital exceeds the prescribed age and dosage, and the rationality needs to be further improved.
