Research Overview of Acupuncture for the Treatment of Psoas Strain in Recent Five Years

摘　　要：Objective: to summarize the clinical research status of acupuncture method in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain in recent years, summarize and analyze the clinical treatment rules, and provide a reference basis for the further research of lumbar muscle strain. Methods: reviewing the relevant literature in recent 5 years, the acupuncture treatment scheme of lumbar muscle strain was divided into three parts: Simple acupuncture method, combined acupuncture therapy and special acupuncture therapy. Results: acupuncture therapy is varied, clinical generally through the flexible application of acupuncture technique, acupoint selection, acupuncture device, or the combination of different therapies, to improve the clinical effect. Conclusion: it has the advantages of high cure rate, safety and no side effects. However, there are also related deficiencies and problems to be improved.
