Impact Analysis of ICU Nursing Risk Management on Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Patients with ARDS

摘　　要：Objective: To analyze the basic data of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and to explore the content and application effect of ICU nursing risk management and its influence on the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods: in this study, screening of patients diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome ", after the grouping, category of type: control group, experimental group, the reference basis for: parity digital method, and the patient census found that the number of cases, a total of 82 hospital start time is in May 2020, end time for March 2022;Among them, routine nursing was carried out in 41 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, and ICU nursing risk management was carried out in another 41 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. They were set as the research control group and the experimental group, and the final effects of the two groups of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome were compared, including: Respiratory function (arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, incidence of other adverse events (complaints, falling out of bed, aspiration), quality of life (physical function score, psychological function score, social function score). Results :(1) before nursing intervention, PaO2 and PaCO2 indexes were compared, there was little difference between the control group and the experimental group, P > 0.05;After nursing stage, the experimental group was evaluated, the experimental group of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome was lower, P < 0.05;(2) The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and other adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the experimental group had advantages, P < 0.05;(3) Compared with the quality of life, the experimental group VS the control group showed higher data, P < 0.05.
