摘　　要：Diabetic chronic renal failure is a microangiopathy caused by diabetes, which is mainly manifested as proteinuria, malnutrition and renal failure. Clinically, hemodialysis is often used to treat diabetic chronic renal failure in order to stabilize blood sugar and improve renal function of patients. However, the prognosis of most patients with diabetic chronic renal failure is poor. The patients have great negative emotions and the overall quality of life is seriously reduced, which affects their treatment will and mental health, and also reduces the quality of life of the patients. The comfort service concept of hemodialysis patients has better effect, which can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction, effectively relieve the negative emotions, and can be used.
