摘 要:Objective: to further investigate and analyze the clinical management effect of standardized management mapping and its positive impact on the incidence of hospitalization and family satisfaction by adopting the standardized management mapping model in the clinical management process of pediatric inpatient wards. Methods: a total of 120 children admitted to the pediatric inpatient ward of our hospital during the two-year period from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected by the random number method and considered as the observation subjects of this study. A total of 60 children treated in our hospital during the last year from February 2020 to February 2021 in the conventional management mode were considered as the control group, and 60 children treated during the last year from March 2021 to March 2022 in the standardized management chart were considered as the observation group. Due to the variability of the management model implemented in the two groups, the clinical management effects, incidence of hospitalization in the children, and family satisfaction were compared on this basis. Results: (1) The total incidence of nosocomial infection and the total efficiency of clinical management were 21.67% and 88.33%, respectively, in the control group, and 3.33% and 98.33%, respectively, in the observation group, which showed that the total incidence of nosocomial infection and the total efficiency of clinical management were lower and higher in the observation group (P<0.05);(2) The overall satisfaction with clinical care was 96.67% in the observation group and 85.00% in the control group, which shows that the overall satisfaction was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). (3) The scores of all aspects of clinical quality (ward management, aseptic operation, sterilization and isolation, and infection control) were much higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: by adopting the standardized management mapping model in the process of clinical management in pediatric inpatient
