摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical significance of blood routine test and blood coagulation test in the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: 300 patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the examination effects of the two groups were compared. Results: according to the research results, the indexes of platelet, neutrophil, thromboplastin time and hemoglobin in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: blood coagulation indexes and blood routine indexes are closely related to the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
