Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Montelukast on Bronchial Asthma in Children

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods: a total of 62 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from March to November 2020 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group by double blind method. The control group absorbed pulmicort respules by atomization, and the observation group absorbed pulmicort respules by atomization plus oral montelukast. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the lung function index, incidence of adverse reactions, effective rate of treatment, T cell subgroup, NK cell, EOS level, inflammatory factor index and clinical symptom score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: combined use of montelukast on the basis of routine treatment of children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve the lung function, inflammatory reaction and clinical symptoms of children with significant effect, and basically no adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
