Observation on the Effect of Whole-course Midwifery Nursing on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Delivery Outcome of Primiparas

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of whole-course midwifery nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and delivery outcome of primiparas. Methods: the researchers selected in this study were 50 parturients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing schemes. The patients in the control group were given routine clinical perinatal nursing intervention and the patients in the observation group were given full-course midwifery care. Results: the time of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was also lower. In addition, in terms of satisfaction, the data of the observation group is 96.00%, which is much higher than that of the control group, which is 72.00%. After the intervention, the mood of the parturient in the observation group was relatively stable, with significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for primiparas, the whole-course midwifery nursing intervention can accelerate the labor process, reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and ensure the safety of labor.
