Analysis of Dust Mite Skin Prick Test Results in 150 Pediatric Allergic Diseases in Central Shandong

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the results of dust mite allergen skin prick test in 150 children with allergic diseases in central Shandong, and to provide evidence support for desensitization treatment of children with positive dust mite sIgE detected by serum allergen. Methods: children with allergic diseases who received dust mite allergen skin prick test in our department from 2021 to 2022 were selected. The inclusion criterion were children with allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma and allergic conjunctivitis. Histamine was used as positive control and saline as negative control. Results: a total of 150 children received allergen skin prick test. The age interval was 5-12 years old, including 74 boys and 76 girls. The difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). Among them, 45.33% were dust mite positive children, 40.66% were house dust mite positive children, and 21.27% were both positive children. The positive rate was higher in children aged 8-12 years old. Conclusion: the positive rate of dust mite allergen SPT in this area accounts for more than 40% of allergic diseases, and there is an age difference. The analysis results can provide further basis for desensitization treatment of dust mite positive children in the serum allergen test results.
